Sullivan Center: Award-winning restoration and adaptive re-use of the former Carson Pirie Scott Building in the center of Chicago's Loop business and shopping district. Built in 1889 by renowned Chicago architect Louis Sullivan, the 15-story building is a national historic landmark.
